Shinsei Yugure Gi by Ronin Brand: The Warrior's Garden

The 1980 gi by Ronin was created to commemorate roots of martial arts gi manufacturing here in the U.S.  1980 was the year we started  producing Karate & Judo gis.  

We created this ultra light summer jiu-jitsu gi is a traditional Judo style.  The jacket is a two piece with reinforced stitching. The lower jacket (skirt) consists of a Japanese sashiko cross stitch diamond weave panel.  The top part is a soft & light 420 GSM Pearl Weave.

The design is clean and streamlined.  Color matching embroidery on the right arm & along right side of pants. There is no compromise on the weight of this jiu jitsu uniform, which is the lightest in our collection.

        -Woodland pattern is a camouflage pattern that was used as the default camouflage pattern issued to the United States Armed Forces from 1981, with the issue of the Battle Dress Uniform, until its replacement in the mid 2000s.

Jacket made of 100% cotton 450gsm Pearl weave material.  Inside has a sublimated design cool mesh lining that is fully breathable and will not get you hotter or stick to your body.  It is very light and does not add any weight to the jacket.
